To register two students, just put both their names on the form. No need to register twice.
For Fall & Spring Theatre Classes ONLY:
Monthly payments are automatically charged to a secure credit/debit card, which you will SAVE on file. You will be contacted by our office for this step. There are 5 equal payments the first of each month.
You will not receive a confirmation, but if you scroll back to the top of this form after you click "Submit", it will confirm for you that your registration is complete. For questions, please contact our registrar at tammy@thecurtainplayhouse.com

2 weeks prior to the class start date.
